This place is the absolute worst. They never get the mice or bedbugs under control, and to top it off, they expect you to pay for any treatment after the initial fumigation they provide. I’ve ended up spending a fortune replacing beds and clothing.

I have been living here less than a year and I am disgusted to have my child living in such a place. I cannot wait for my lease to end. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your home or how many roach killing products you use, they are everywhere and in everything. On top of the bug issue everything is always breaking. There have been water leaks from the apartment upstairs, outlets that don't work, dishwasher and garbage disposal that never truly worked, the buildings washers and dryers (that... you have to pay to use) always rip up my clothes, fridge won't seal so the bugs get into my fridge, breaker always trips just for starting my microwave, toilet backs up all the time, the list just goes on and on. Oh, and they recently removed all the handicap parking spots, so good luck finding a close parking spot if you are disabled. There are fights going on in the middle of the street all summer on the weekends due to groups of people sitting outside drinking, and I have seen drugs being used in public areas multiple times. The office staff here are lacking as well, I don't think anyone in the office has a idea what they are doing or just don't care. Now I am seeing that the rent for this income based housing is now just just a little less than what a regular apartment community nearby has and those apartments have a patio, granite, laminate floors, washers and dryers in each unit, better community amenities and way better reviews. Disgusting place they have roaches and bed bugs.. management sucks and the neighbors play loud music all night long. Gangs come here to sell drugs.

I live here this apts 2 years. I recommended any Family best school from elemantry to High school.

My building all is family and they are very friendly last year now some move out but never vacant young people move in all help each other if they see you need help example carrying heavy things. All families all the building around me I can tell because in the morning you see kids going to school.

The management are great staff. Each one of them are great helpful and kind staff. You see a lot... different this New Management.

Very peaceful area and close to every where.
