Woodside Apartments

I chose Woodside apartments after looking at over 20 apartments for one reason: the amazing reviews of management and maintenance. And after living here for over 3 months, I can truly say they’ve lived up to the hype. Tsion was a lifesaver throughout the entire application and move-in process; and even now I still stop by the front office if I need help as I get settled. She is so patient with my questions and I always receive superb service.

Maintenance is 10/10. The process to submit a... request was simple and clear. I was really surprised at the quick turnaround as well.

Pests have been pretty clear for me. The walls are insulated; I’ve never heard any of my neighbors talking or playing music. Parking is abundant; I always find a space near my building so I’ve never felt the need to pay for a reserved space. I have had an outstanding experience at Woodside Apartments, and a huge part of that has been because of Tsion Demissie. From the moment I arrived, she has been incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire leasing process. Safiya, the Assistant Manager and Tsion, the Leasing Consultant, are great! Safiya and Tsion have a professional demeanor. They always answer any questions that I have, and they have helped me print and scan documents many times.

The office and maintenance team are very professional and welcoming!
