Title: Be Aware — Do Not Live Here!!
I NEVER leave reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience. I lived at Parq 170 for about six years and recently moved out after having enough. Over the years, there were multiple management changes, poor communication, and repeated maintenance issues. From the very first day I moved in, I had rain intrusion problems. Throughout my residency, water leaked into my unit multiple times (sometimes 2–3 times a year), damaging my furniture and forcing me... to throw things away. I also dealt with ant issues coming through exterior cracks and ongoing concerns from years of moisture problems.
The biggest frustration was the lack of communication from management. Getting responses, updates, or basic information often required repeated follow-ups. The building is very old, with uneven floors, thin walls, and poor noise insulation — there were nights I could barely sleep because of neighbor noise. Rent increased significantly over the years, but I did not feel the quality or service improved. After six years, based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend doing your research before moving here. The maintenance issues, communication problems, noise, and overall condition were not worth it.

Matienance is very good. Mario is the hardest worker out there. Living on the Market Street side is gotten worse due to the ongoing construction. It’s very loud.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Parq 170 Apartments. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and located in a great area. One of the things that stands out most is the outstanding staff and management team. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents.
