Excellent Apartments, Worth The Expense
It's close to everything uptown, plenty of parking, kind neighbors. I've lived here for several years now and living here has spoiled me for high expectations. The Landlord is extremely accommodating and fair, they're also prompt to respond to requests and questions.

Nice place, but it's changing for the worse
The townhouses are fine. Pretty much well kept a moderately quiet. However over the years this place has changed, and the quality of tenants have changed. Parking is insane. There is no assigned parking, or designated visitor/overflow parking so it's pretty much a free-for-all when it comes to getting a space. Visitors hog up spaces for hours, and the spaces are pretty tight. Not ideal for large trucks or larger cars.
