Mice problem

I moved in November 2022, in December I started having mice problems. Since then to date today,maintenence put traps down, and have caught 12 mice. Holes were found behind the stove, the holes were covered. The mice is still coming in, and maintenence has not resolved this issue. For the amount of rent I'm paying this is unacceptable, and unbearable. I'm a senior with chronic health problems. This is causing undo stress!! I don't know any luxury apartments plagued with mice.

Love this Complex

We are visiting Midlothian for the summer and needed to find temporary housing. We scouted out hotels, extended stays, and several apartments in the area and Addison quickly became our top choice.
This property is nestled at the back of a main road and conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. When we took our initial tour, staff member Imani, assisted us. She was extremely helpful, so pleasant, and answered all of our questions!
The apartment provides plenty of privacy with… beautiful grounds. It is quiet and we feel safe to use the lovely walking trails at all hours. In addition, the gym is great with up-to-date equipment and the pool is well kept. Any maintenance issues we have had, the turnaround was very quick. It was easy to choose Addison at Swift Creek as our temporary home and we highly recommend this apartment complex.

Amazing

They have amazing buildings it’s beautiful inside and outside and they throw amazing parties in the leasing office for children and adult's.

Life here

The apartments are nice. Newer appliances and great finishes in the kitchen. I’m on the second floor and haven’t had a problem with upstairs. They have a great gym and wonderful clubhouse. The staff works with you and are very pleasant. Maintainance has a quick turnaround and are professional. It’s mostly quiet with no true issues. The property itself is gorgeous if you truly enjoy nature. It is a great place to live and close to a lot of things like shopping.
