Great place to live

There is a lot of room for your money. I have renewed my lease three times. My family and I are pleased. Maintenance is always prompt and do a great job. Thanks again maintenance. I would recommend this place to fellow friends.

Great service from staff

My experience has been wonderful so far. I’ve work with Ziyada who’s very understanding and willing to work with you. I’ve never had a leasing agent be so vigilant and approachable in the manner that she has been. I appreciate how kind the staff has been thus far.

Current Resident

The management company has done some AWESOME renovations in these homes! We’ve been living out here for 4 years and are transferring units to be in one of the renovated ones. Not to mention, the staff from leasing to maintenance actually care and are so easy to work with. We will be here until we are ready to buy our own home.

There’s no place like home!

I’ve been living here for a week and I am so very happy with my decision to move in. The neighborhood is peaceful, my upgraded home is absolutely beautiful, and the added perk is that I get to park right in front of my home. I recommend Grand Lake to anyone interested. It feels just like how a cozy home should feel.
