Happy New Resident

I think some of these other reviews are crazy. My apartment is huge, spacious and I dont have any issues with pests. I've talked to some other residents and they agree this place is a hidden gem. Whatever, I love my place and the office manager was really nice.

Great If You Love Roaches and Sirens

Unless you enjoy living with roaches and feeling unsafe in your own neighborhood, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The unit had ongoing pest issues that were never properly addressed, and the surrounding area constantly felt unsafe. This was not the quality of living I expected or was promised.

Amazing

First management is outstanding. They really, really care about us. I don't care what problem you have, they will take care of it, and usually the very next day. Maintenance is out of this world. I hope you get to meet Ray. He is funny, kind, and he is the hardest working man I've seen. The apartments are huge for the price and they have kept them up to date. The grounds are so pretty. And the neighbors are really nice. I didn't experience that at my old complex. Just about every store… amaginable is right around the corner. And I love how the outlets are only 5 minutes away. The interstate is right down the street too. I had to move, and it was hard on us. I loved my old apartment but the management sucked, and some real bad people started flowing in. I grew up in Va. Beach and I was going to keep looking until I could move back. And then there they were.... I saw them online and just knew this was the place for me. It was during the pandemic, and everything in my price range was full. Sarah was awesome from the beginning, and even though I had to wait to get in, it wasn't long at all. So if you find yourself needing to move and you can wait a month MAYBE two, it's worth the wait. There are a lot of apartments in Virginia Beach but if you are looking in this price range, don't go anywhere else. You won't find a better place. So YES I recommend Weblin Place.. ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!

Non smokers beware

This is a smoker friendly apartment complex (how is that even legal in this day and age idk) and the apartments aren't sealed well so if your neighbor smokes you will smell it. Nothing like having your family smell marijuana smoke and ask what is that they smell. Management and police are no help so only solution is to move or never move in the first place. Hopefully this helps someone else stay away.
