Unprofessional Staff

These are new apartment. My a/c has not worked in almost a week now. Was provided
a portable which we know will run my electric bill sky high and is clearly noisy being my neighbors are banging on the ceiling. That fact that it’s not cooling my entire apartment, I was offered a second one to run my bill even higher. The portable is pulling more air because my window is cracked with tape around it. Not to include I found mold in my kitchen. Went to the rude, unprofessional manager who wants to... tell me about how she handled her mold in her house. Because I didn’t want to hear that, she told me she’s going to help someone else. Tried to contact upper management. Was told someone would contact me. I have yet to hear from anyone. This has caused me hardship not to mention displacement and they refuse to prorate my rent. These people are ridiculous. They make sure you don’t bother them in corporate. They refuse to give you an email address. So unprofessional. I was told the regional manger would contact me today. Well, that didn’t happen. The manager did email me to let me know someone will be out on Tuesday nine days later, to fix my a/c. I informed her that I would still like someone from upper management to contact me. Never got a response. I guess they will wait until Tuesday. Which still does not address my concerns.
