Maintenance is trash they really leave us to ourself to figure things out. My central air broker over the hottest weekends and emergency maintenance would not come unless it said in their system that it was 85 degrees outside mind you it was 91 degrees outside . I have a child in my house and we had to find ways to stay cool it was so messed up and every time I called they was so nasty and they system was not updated with the temperature

Nice apartment not so nice neighbors
Love my apartment never had any problems but wish they would make a parking lot and not that muddy mess they have. Also the neighbors are so loud with their music and talking makes you not want to be home. Complained but nothing has happened and it goes on until 3 in the morning. Will be moving out when lease is up

GREAT APARTMENTS
If you are looking for affordable apartment in Petersburg area check out Commerce Townhomes. Two bedrooms apartments are spacious and it is quiet around here Management is wonderful and Very attentive to residence request and helping with resolving things. I love the fact i am able to have a pet here and a washer and dryer it is worth the price you pay you have Verizon and Comcast for providers for phone internet cable. My favorite part is the apartment makes u feel like u are home when u... walk in and everything is brand new.
