Apartment is good in size and floorplan is great. Lots of closet space. However new upgrades are lacking for older residents.

I have been a resident for 5 years, the past year and a half has been the absolute worst. The property is gross, the management team never follows up on issues, the clubhouse has become an abomination. And all this while they've raised the rent. Highly unrecommended

Greystar seems to really care about people who rent here. Every maintenance issue that I've had has been promptly resolved. Asia is great in the office and answers questions quickly and professionally. Love the valet trash service and reserved parking spaces!

Not worth the price. I lived here for 3 years and they up the price all the time so you’re paying different prices all the time. Walls are paper thin and hallways are always dirty and elevator smells like cigarettes. Save your money and look elsewhere where if you really want to make your money worth for paying “luxury”
