Banyan Grove is a nice quiet family oriented community! Lot of green and very nice pool. Maintenance team is on top and take care of issues very promptly!

Very polite staffing. Clean neighborhood. Alerts to neighborhood work and events are timely and respectful. Very good cleaning and yard crew. I love my neighbors. And it's right next to Kroger.

Our overall experience has been great. We haven’t had any serious issues of concern. I do wish that they kept the breezeways on the second floor and a higher cleaner and also we would really appreciate the pool hours extending a little longer than 7:00 PM in the summertime because of our working hours, we are not able to enjoy it as much as we would like to when we get home from a long day at work Even till 8 o’clock would be better than 7:00 PM . Other than that, I would definitely recommend... Banyan Grove to anyone

I just recently moved from a 3 bed 2 bath to a 1 bed 1 bath and the transition was super smooth. Super glad to have the staff we do! The spaces are always clean. Great place!

Best maintenance department I've experienced. They are quick to complete tickets submitted on the portal. The ladies in the office, Ms. Carol and Ms. Trina, are the ones keeping everything together for us. They truly care and are very knowledgeable.
