BLVD Haley

BLVD Haley is incredible. The amenities, outdoor space, gym, and staff are 5 stars. My dog love his amenities too. My friend came to visit, fell in love and will be moving in next month! I highly recommend to anyone looking.

Went for a tour and it was gorgeous. The amenities are great. When our lease is up, we'll be moving here! We especially liked the outdoor areas and the spacious apartments.

My family and I recently moved into BLVD Haley, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best apartment experiences we’ve had.

Before we even moved in, Lilly and Grace from the leasing team were wonderful throughout the application process. We experienced a few delays and challenges with approval timing, and they were there every step of the way helping us navigate everything. They were patient, responsive, professional, and genuinely caring during what could have been a stressful... process.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Walking into our apartment and finding a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for us was such a kind touch and immediately made us feel excited about our new home.

I especially want to recognize a few staff members who have truly gone above and beyond.

Trish, the Resident Manager, has been amazing. No matter what concern or question I’ve had, she has always been professional, caring, patient, and incredibly responsive. She truly makes residents feel heard and valued.

I also have to thank Tsegab at the concierge desk. On move-in day, we were overwhelmed and honestly a little lost, but he stepped in immediately and made the process so much easier and less stressful. Since then, he has continued to be one of the friendliest and most helpful people in the building.

Another person who deserves recognition is Eyayou from the maintenance team. I had a few special maintenance-related requests, and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating.

Beyond the staff, I’ve really been enjoying the building itself. The amenities are beautiful, clean, and peaceful whenever I use them, and the overall atmosphere feels modern and relaxing.

One of my favorite things about living here is the location. Even though I have a car, I love being able to walk to CVS or take the Metro to Tysons instead of driving everywhere.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience at BLVD Haley so far. The staff truly make this place feel like home, and I’m very grateful for how positive they’ve made this transition for my family. Read More

I will tell you about my experience living at BLVD Haley for just 3 months.

If you like having to walk down 10 flights of stairs then this place is for you. 3 times (that I know of) they have managed to take all 3 elevators out of service for us residents to use. Yes, there are 5 elevators in this building, but 2 are locked out solely for the use of Davis construction (more on the construction in another post). That leaves 3 elevators for the residents' use. Then 1 elevator malfunctions and... goes or is taken out of service; that leaves 2. Then someone is moving in and another elevator is put on independent service for the move; that leaves 1. Then some folks from Comstock show up for a tour and the only way to get past the 16th floor...on an elevator...is to put an elevator on independent service so that it can be directed to go to a floor not currently serviced by elevators. Ding, ding...no elevators available for the residents! No one bothers to check to see if they are taking the sole remaining elevator out of service for the residents. Apparently complaining about this does no good and is in my experience (having received a nasty email from the property manager) grounds for threatening action. Read More
