I moved into the apartment in July 2024. At the time, the previous manager offered me a rent that was significantly higher than expected—almost equivalent to a three-bedroom unit—which I now realize may have been due to my urgency in finding a place. Since moving in, I have noticed several maintenance issues: The microwave door is broken.One knob on the dryer is missing.The dishwasher has standing dirty water and emits an unpleasant odor. This issue still remains.The refrigerator does not... produce ice.The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy when turned on. The dishwasher is also not functioning properly.The washing machine is not working. I thought that these issues had been overlooked during the move-in inspection. Last October, when it was time to renew my lease, the manager at the time sent me an email asking me to confirm. He had the wrong address, and then sent me a letter saying there would be a fine. The management office don't answers any phone calls.
