About Eagle Mill Apartments

Here at Eagle Mill Apartments we offer many different layouts ranging in size from studios to three bedrooms. There are three connected buildings for you to choose from: Eagle Mill Apartments, Eagle Mill Towers and Eagle Mill Lofts.

In addition to... the convenience of VCU being so close by, the Kroger grocery store is less than a block away, as is Starbucks, and many restaurants and shopping stores. Some of the unique details in these apartment homes include breakfast bars, dishwashers in all apartments, ceramic tile, as well as carpeted bedroom and hardwood flooring in living spaces. The Eagle Mill Towers and Lofts also have a washer/dryer in each apartment. For an additional monthly fee, there is plenty of parking available for residents of Eagle Mill. We have garage parking for $75 a month as well as deck parking for $50 a month.

Peace of mind is important to us at Eagle Mill, so all of our entries are controlled by a central access and surveillance system.

Cats and small caged animals are allowed in all apartments. Dogs are not allowed at Eagle Mill.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm and Saturday from 10am-2pm.

Awful

Smells like weed all the time, it comes into my apartment and management is not helpful. Walls are paper thin. Expensive for a tiny apartment.

Worst place to live

Half the stuff they put in amenities either doesn’t exist or doesn’t work. Buzzer has been broken for months.
