About Eagle Mill Towers
Here at Eagle Mill Towers we offer many different layouts ranging in size from studios to three bedrooms. There are three connected buildings for you to choose from: Eagle Mill Apartments, Eagle Mill Towers and Eagle Mill Lofts.
In addition to the... convenience of VCU being so close by, the Kroger grocery store is less than a block away, as is Starbucks, and many restaurants and shopping stores. Some of the unique details in these apartment homes include breakfast bars, dishwashers in all apartments, ceramic tile, as well as carpeted bedroom and hardwood flooring in living spaces. The Eagle Mill Towers and Lofts also have a washer/dryer in each apartment. For an additional monthly fee, there is plenty of parking available for residents of Eagle Mill. We have garage parking for $75 a month as well as deck parking for $50 a month.

Peace of mind is important to us at Eagle Mill, so all of our entries are controlled by a central access and surveillance system.
Cats and small caged animals are allowed in all apartments. Dogs are not allowed at Eagle Mill.

Eagle Mill Towers Trash
I had a horrible experience with Eagle Mill Tower for my application process. They took my boyfriend and I through hoops just to get an approval or denial. The whole process took about two weeks when normal the process should take two days. These people are unprofessional and have no since of urgency, I had to keep tabs on them when it should be the other way around. I had to call to get my results every other day when they told me they would call they never did so I had to reach out to them and... when I did they still had me waiting. I should have read the reviews before, but moral of my story is don't mess with these people there trash.
