DO NOT MOVE HERE!
They refuse to evict loud neighbors who throw parties every day, all day, and all night past noise ordinance hours. Tenants often sell drugs outside their homes, hookers and drug addicts hang outside the building, where there is a lot of garbage everywhere. The place is also rat, mouse, roach, and bed bug-infested. You would be happier living near a garbage dump.
