Great so far, the amenities, the area is pretty convenient, not to much noise in the area. So far this has been everything ive been looking for!!!!!

It’s a Friendly community. Not too much noise. Good appliances. Rent is very affordable. Even the associates within the rental office were polite!

Love the community! Although, it should have things like a pool and/or dog park since there is a lot of access parking. Aside from that it’s drama & noise free, clean, & looks very nice inside & out. Loving my 1 BR!

I love my apartment at Helios! The layout of my unit is spacious and gets great natural light. The management, especially Ayanna’s, is fantastic – always professional, quick to solve any issue, and genuinely cares about residents. The gym is always spotless. Location is perfect. Highly recommend this place for quality living!
