AWFUL
Don’t! Office staff rarely shows up. Smoking throughout building and in common areas INSIDE building -even though some residents use oxygen and even though you’re told it’s a nonsmoking building prior to move in.
No mailbox keys provided so you can’t get mail. Tenants breaking into mailboxes to get their mail.
Residents appear not to be all 55+.
Complaints met with snarky remarks or excuses, outright lies or crickets. Management takes no personal responsibility.
