Heat has never worked

The heat has never worked properly the entire time we have lived here. It’s about to be our third winter of them telling us the boiler and radiators are fixed and it is not. The property manager is condescending, rude and not helpful at all. It’s wild how determined she is to exploit tenants and stick by their illegal practices - it is illegal to not have functioning heat in rentals and it is a basic tenant right. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Save yourselves a lot of money and headaches by... not renting from them.

Communication is horrible and don’t fix things properly

Management company is a mess. Can never get a hold of the property manager for weeks, they don’t fix things properly or at all. They can’t seem to get the heat right. Have to sleep with all the windows open because it’s so hot. It’s either too hot or the heat doesn’t work. Washer and dryer is a joke. Only one of each for 12 units and so old. Coin operated with no coin machine or card option. Literally just the worst communication ever and pretty much not true that they are going to do things.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Their apartments are super overpriced for the bad quality. We moved in and there is a long list of things wrong with the place and the property manager is not responsive. The building is full of cracks they won’t address, paint is peeling when they just painted it, there is mold in the hallway, the heat doesn’t work and they only gave one space heater for our huge two bedroom apartment. Do not rent from them or make sure to look at the details before you decide to.

We are very sorry that you are unhappy. Unfortunately the building is over 100 years old so there is not much we can do in lines of the cracks. I feel as if we have addressed all issues in a very prompt time frame but would love for you to reach out... so we can ensure you are happy with your apartment. We were only able to provide one space heater due to the electrical circuits and more than one would have tripped the breakers but we did have the boiler repaired the very next morning. If you are still having issues please let me know right away and we will do everything we can to get it rectified.
