I have lived here for about 4 years. They had a change in management and suddenly any repairs take weeks. I had to convince them to care about black mold growing in the apartment for weeks. Most appliances are pretty old and often need maintenance.

Fleas, mites, and major noise problems.
I've lived in this apartment since last October now. I moved in with a clean one year old indoor cat and never seen a flea on him for his whole life. It's now May and I have a Major flea infestation and mites in my hair, he has never been outside or left this apartment. I've been cleaning for a month straight and they just keep getting worse I've sprayed vacuumed and got it out of my whole apartment trying to get rid of them and they've gotten worse they must be coming from someone else's... apartment or or the cracks in the bricks walls. Also I can literally hear my neighbor sneeze and every one of her conversations. I had two friends over on a friday night for some drinks and had the cops called on me because the walls are paper. thin. It's misreable. I have to stay silent in an expensive apartment and have bugs crawl all over me. Other than that the office is friendly and maintenance is fast when called, location is also super convenient other than the fact that street parking is awful. I have a year left on my lease and I will be trying to sublease out. Great apartment if you like bugs and hearing your neighbor break up with her boyfriend once a week.
