It's a lovely place to live; the atmosphere is wonderful, like we're all living together as a family. The activities make everyone who lives here feel like we're one big family, sharing joys...!!!

Over my lifetime I have lived in 4 different states and as many apartment complexes. I can honestly say that The Compass in Richmond, VA has been the most rewarding experience so far.
The residents are all friendly and helpful. I think of the other people living near me as my neighbors and the floor as our neighborhood.
The staff, no matter your personal crisis, are courteous & knowledgeable while being efficient. They all present as willing to be helpful in answering questions and are never... too busy to attend to your needs, which made me feel relaxed and confident after I moved in.
Yes, I am happy that the Compass opened just in time for me to live among these wonderful people.

Only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. We love it. The staff is so courteous and respective. All common areas are always clean and the smell is amazing.

I love living at The Compass! It is like living at a resort. The staff is very attentive and takes care of any concerns you may have. There are so many programs including exercise, crafts, happy hour, presentations as well as special activities. It is a joy to live here.
