This is an amazing building located in the fan district of Richmond. It has easy walking access to everything, especially Virginia Commonwealth University. Comes with street parking which is always plentiful and shady! Maintenance is attentive and quick when needed! This is my second year here and I am SO HAPPY

One of the most perfect spots in the historic Fan neighborhood in the heart of Richmond. The apartments have the classic charm of old architecture and modern amenities. There are security cameras on site at both entrances and you have to have a key fob to enter the building, making it a very safe and secure place to live. Brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful tile and hardwood flooring. The company makes it extremely easy to pay online rent payments and maintainance is highly... helpful. I would highly recommend these apartments to any of my friends or anyone who is looking for a charming place to live.
