Katy and Sarah are the best! The apartments are spacious and beautifully designed. The complex itself is located in a perfect location, along with a very secure entry and exit system. The penthouse and gym are TO DIE FOR!

My daughter currently lives here for college. Sarah & Katie are very friendly and helpful. Things that need attention are quickly handled. And their communication with tenants is very good. The building is clean and cared for by Kevin & Vickie. We moved her there from Cedar Broad and the difference is night and day. There is always a long waitlist. But if you can wait, it's very worth it.

I just graduated but lived at the square for 3 years. I truly miss the exceptional service now that I’ve graduated. The office staff, especially Sarah and Katie, are always responsive and friendly, making it easy to feel at home.
