I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. One of the biggest issues is that they do not allow you to view your apartment before signing the lease, so you have no idea what you’re agreeing to until after you’ve already committed.

Another major concern is how they handle lockouts. If you accidentally get locked out of your apartment, management will not let you back in, which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

Management also claims they enter apartments to complete... maintenance requests, but my Ring camera has shown otherwise. There have been times when I was told maintenance had been completed, yet my camera did not show anyone entering my apartment. This made me question the communication and reliability of the maintenance process.

Overall, between the lack of transparency before move-in, poor customer service, and concerns about maintenance, my experience has been disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering this property to do their research and ask plenty of questions before signing a lease. Read More

Student friendly living !! Middle of downtown and all inclusive . Great for your first apartment if you’re a student at VCU or if it’s your first apartment starting out

Not a very good overall experience, however, some issues have been discussed. Would consider living there again as it seems new management does communicate unlike the previous management team.
