Cedar Ridge Apartments

Everyone here is so nice. The apartment is beautiful. The view is amazing I don't know why the sky just looks so good from here? Friendly people Lori in the office is a gem. If you can get a place up here your gunna love it.

I've known people to live here for years, so when I relocated to Roanoke, this was one of the first places I checked into. While I did shop around for other apartments, this was by far the best location and greatest value. Phyllis was so incredibly cordial and helpful--I've never experienced a property manager like her. You feel like you're not just another random occupant--she gets to know your needs, and works with you, to make sure you'll be happy here. The building is a bit older, but the... upkeep is awesome. All of my appliances are in great condition, as well as my carpet. The last townhouse I lived in, the carpet had weird spots on it, and while it was shampooed... no one likes having to cover every inch with a rug. :) The neighbors all seem nice around here, no one is nosy or intrusive--and I feel safe walking my dog at night, for sure. I have lived here for over 5 yrs and don't ever want to move. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Friendly staff and neighbors help each other without having to ask.

Amazing view of Bent Mountain. Good part of town, plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and gym all within walking distance. Staff is amazing and always there when you need them. Washer and dryer in each unit And free access to the best pool in the county .
