I say 5 stars because while its not perfect, its perfect for what it is to me. Its an old building for sure, but the landlord is very accommodating and kind! The rare kind! They ensure your building is safe by a monthly visit from the exterminator and maintenance every 6 months for the air conditioner filters and fire alarms are working. You have your own parking spot, just one though. There's extra spaces around the complex if you need another. This place allows pets up to maximum of... 40lbs altogether. There's a couple of convenient bus stops nearby for bus rides to work. Maintenance crew are all great people. They live there just as LONG as I have, perhaps longer, and they really take good care of the place too. Its a great place to live for a struggling family like ours.
