This place is falling apart and when you call to have something fixed, they take ages to come. The management is horrific. Please don’t give them your money and go somewhere that won’t make you feel like you’re going insane.

Pebble Creek and by extension Solomon Organization did a more than poor job of taking care of their tenants during lockdown. They then also have the audacity to raise rent prices during a pandemic. Their redeeming quality is their maintenance crew who work quickly and efficiently and are also kind. Not worth the rent.
