The Patrick Henry Apartments

After touring over twenty downtown apartments, my husband and I knew immediately when we walked through the doors of The Patrick Henry that we had found home. From touring, to move-in, to every day life- The Patrick Henry continues to surpass our expectations. Upon arrival, our new home had been thoroughly cleaned and re-painted. The interior of individual apartments is beautiful, modern, and unique. Because "key cards" are required to enter the building after hours and to ride the elevator to... an individual's floor, there is a great sense of security. The community within the building is unique to any others; I don't believe I have ever encountered such friendly residents from fellow gym-goers to ping pong opponents. The location of the building is perfect: directly across from Elmwood Park and the Roanoke Library. Our blinds are hardly every shut because the view is a perfect blend of the downtown life below and the mountains above.
