Elizabeth Heights Apartments

These apartments are terrible. Not only are they not up to code (no smoke detectors/broken windows/mold), they refuse to fix anything. These places should be priced at $100. We all got super bad mold sickness living there. Smoke free? No way, all our neighbors openly smoked marijuana and had loud fights at night. Not to mention the landlord is completely unreasonable and money hungry. Absolute trash, stay away.

Signed a lease because I was in a bind with my living situation. Left as soon as my lease was up. These townhouses are run down and overpriced. The parking situation is annoying to put it mildly. There is onsite laundry but it is woefully inadequate for the number of units and is usually out of order anyway. The front stoops flood any time it rains. I was a previous tenant and the landlord lost no money with me yet he took me to court because he found a legal loophole to get more money. In court there were multiple outright lies told in order to convince a judge to grant money not truly owed. The apartment I lived in was not up to fire code with detectors not being functional or even present in some cases this was brought up in the beginning and never rectified. This property doesn't offer much. You're paying the utilities at a slightly higher rent. With 2 stories it doesn't offer handicap access as a possibility either.
