Absolutely the worst place I have ever rented from. Half of the parking lot lights were off the entire year that I lived there. Sending in maintenance tickets is a hassle and take weeks!!! To fix. Water was leaking from my apartment into my downstairs neighbor and it took literally a week to come fix the leak. “Pet friendly” means they MIGHT have poop bags available and then send nasty emails when there are no bags and people are not picking up after their pet. Move in: initial contract had to go through multiple corrections; one room would not heat for a month; mailbox keys were wrong, waited a week for new ones; garage didn’t work for first few weeks

Feb-March 2018: maintenance came in and performed maintenance for a work order from a completely different building, nothing was ever done about it


June 2018: Leak in Wall, they ignored, flooded hallway. Now they want us to run two blowers for 24 hours to dry it; stove lost power from water damage,... nothing done.

I have a firm belief that you should get what you pay for. The biggest problem I have with this company is the overpriced apartments. The apartments, which use to be competitively priced, are now well overpriced with little to show for this increase in cost. The apartments are poorly made, windows are drafty, doors don't seal properly, the gas fireplaces will leak a nice smell of fumes into your apartment.

If you want to keep your apartment at a comfortable temperature during the summer months... be ready for fork over some $$. The air conditioners will crank in overdrive trying to keep up with the hot air seeping in from the cracks in the windows. And if this isn't reason enough not to sign a lease here this company is notorious for hidden fees and charges! Upon leaving a professionally cleaned and spotless apartment this apartment complex still tacked on an additional $273 on top of the required carpet cleaning fee!! Honestly the apartment was cleaner upon leaving then when I first moved in to the poorly maintained unit. And there is no negotiating with this money hungry company. nice area, close to everything, however... management is the worst. The apartment flooded twice, first time had to go to my parents for 10 days because the carpet needed to be replaced. We had to call every day to check when we could move back in because they wouldn't call us to give us un update. Second time, they just dried the carpet and promised us a cleaning which never happened. AC unite broke twice, had to wait 4-5 days (each time) for someone to come repair it. They entered the apartment... multiple times without notice. When we moved out, we gave the garage remote back and they ended up charging us for it because they couldn't find it. They also charged us 300 something for carpet cleaning (note above we were supposed to get a "free one") because we didn't pay $60 when we returned they keys (and garage remote).
When i called to inquire about the charges, the manager said "if you don't pay, we'll see you in court"

It is a good place to live. They keep all the community areas very clean, no messes allowed, no garbage cans near the apartments so . The parking are is safe, the cars are not damaged. The premises have security that drives around during the night. Though the rent is a little high, you can certainly enjoy your privacy and there are other areas for entertainment like the move theater, the gym, the pool, sauna and even a large living room and a library and a computer room. Management is also... pretty good at taking care of repairs. It is a good place to live, maybe not permanently but for a while if you are single or just 2 in an apartment. I do recommend it a lot..
