Beautiful place We are a military family and love living here. They offer activities, amenities, pet friendly. Love the people who work here. If you’re looking for a place to live, pick Attain at Chic’s beach!

Great Place to call home The livings standards are high, and the staff is phenomenal. Quiet and located just a few blocks from the sand at Chics Beach. Big shout out to the property management staff!

Weed smell 24/7

Weed smoke regularly seeps into my apartment and makes it smell like someone is smoking inside my unit. This has been reported repeatedly with no improvement.

Mixed experience

Living here has been a mixed experience so far. The complex is still under construction and even though some units are open, it’s clear they weren’t fully ready. My apartment has a number of issues and the exterior doors aren’t secure, which is concerning. It’s obvious the construction was rushed, and the focus wasn’t on making sure everything worked as it should.

What’s frustrating is that these problems aren’t being addressed. I’ve submitted service requests, but nothing is getting fixed. On... the bright side, the new units are stylish and the location is great. The on site management is nice. It's not their fault that they don't have enough staff for the increase in residents.

If you’re considering moving in, I’d recommend waiting until construction is completely finished. For now, it feels like the residents are dealing with too many unresolved problems.
