Maintenance Service was very professional and fast to respond. Very courteous.

I had a tour scheduled and no one showed up. I was very disappointed. I was told to drive to the sister apartment then come back to theirs and I had no idea where it was at because I just moved here.

I’ve seen more snakes living here than I have in my entire life time. The leasing office will not do anything about it because they say the snakes are venomous. This is beyond ridiculous.

So far, this apartment complex is great. Everything was beautiful and clean when we moved in. All the details were very nice. The place is real cute anyway. The apartment leasing agents are wonderful especially Tracy. She made us feel very welcome and was very non-judgemental and helpful with our needs. The maintenance staff is excellent and anything we call in about is taken care of immediately. They care about all your needs and that your apartment is in tip top shape, have regular... checks to make sure everything is working great. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, and in good repair. There is a beautiful dog park with bags for disposal. There is a nice clean pool and volleyball pit with a few tables to enjoy lunch at. I can't say enough good things. Right behind the complex is a small but beautiful park where you can walk to with the kids. The area seems crime free. We are really enjoying it here and might stay for several years. I would rent here above most places around. It's quiet and nice! There are a lot of really nice people in the complex. There is also a small workout room, and a property relaxation room. Great for adults, elderly and quieter younger or professional families! They respond to emergencies quickly too, our garage door got stuck on the weekend and a guy came out within the hour, and we had a small hvac leak and they were on it immediately. The master bedroom fit our very large furniture and a desk and keyboard. The living room is nice and has pretty windows. The kitchen is big enough and some details are pretty nice like the better quality faucet with a pull out sprayer. ZERO complaints. 100% Awesomeness. Would rent from them again and again if I had to. This complex is amazing! First I'll mention the office staff. They are so friendly, especially Tracy! She is so helpful and honest which is such a relief compared to previous places I have rented from. She does her job, but doesn't try to scam you! Next, maintenance is very helpful and fast. Anytime I need something fixed, even if minor, they are there that day! The grounds of the apartment are wonderful too. Always very well kept and clean which is so nice to look at. The apartments themselves... are amazing too. I have the Lotus floor plan and I am in love. The apartments are very spacious and each unit comes with a washer and dryer, all for a reasonable price. Lastly, and for me most importantly, I feel safe here. I don't have issues with loud neighbors, and in the year and a half here I have never heard of any break ins or theft. Plus each unit comes with a free security system which is amazing! I cannot say a single bad thing about this place and I strongly urge anyone considering moving here, to do it!
