Society at Crossroads

The elevator seems to be out of service nearly once a month and you never know how long it will be until it’s repaired. I’ve seen it be a short as 2 days or as long a weeks.
Another issue is how poor the hygiene can be in the main hallways. Although I know it isn’t managements fault that the residents treat it this way, you will often find animal excrement on the floors.

Beautiful property but as the other review says you can hear literally everything. My neighbors bump music at all hours of the night, I’ve been woken up out of a dead sleep at 330am and the music played until 5am. You can call “security” but no one shows up. Have sent multiple complaints to leasing/management and my messages are completely ignored. I would avoid this complex if you can I regret renewing my lease.

Pros:

The staff is generally very friendly. The area is tucked away and safe.

Cons:

This place is LOUD. Not really from the outside but interior is not sound proof. You can hear everything from your neighbors. It is so bad that other residents are constantly posting on the community message board asking neighbors to be mindful of sound. Multiple residents have posted about the same thing so it's clear it's in all of their buildings. Would not recommend based on that.

Current resident, Property Manager Rachel is the best property manager I’ve had top tier and the staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend! Very nice apartments as well. Overall 10/10
