You can hear everything through the walls and the floor. The neighbors are quite inconsiderate and management will always choose to save themselves and a dollar over anyone else.

I have lived here since April 7, 2021, and I already know that I will be here a very long time. The management company has admirable core values: Honesty, excellence, accountability, responsibility, and teamwork (H.E.A.R.T). The staff is trained to prioritize the customer, and it shows. I have always felt welcome, and my move-in process went so smoothly! The apartments and the grounds are beautiful. I wouldn't want to live any where else.

This is an excellent community to call home. We moved in April 7, 2021, and have only good things to say. The staff is welcoming, the grounds are clean, the apartments are so spacious, and the location is spectacular. It definitely checked all the boxes!

Welcome to CAY — where the bottom dollar takes precedence over the emotional distress of residents. The lease is without intent or purpose other than entitling a paycheck to management that will neglect your residential welfare, so if you’re not financially sound or Karen enough to lawyer up for emotional distress, breach of lease, no quit or cure action taken, no follow-up mediation, just the reiteration of “there’s nothing we can do,” then please invest in protecting yourself by living... somewhere else.

Instead of rent, I should be afforded the diazepam I have to take from my anxiety being overworked day in and day out. Imagine being in quarantine, traumatized by a pandemic and burdened by mental health woes, only to have your walls and ceiling shake and knock for at least 12 hours a day for an entire year. Imagine waking up to impromptu WWE matches, your ceiling doubling as a trampoline for residents above, daily up front and personal domestic altercations more suitable for Jerry, blood-curdling screams from above and through the walls for an hour at minimum, which are the only all-inclusive amenities to this nickel-and-dime purgatory labeled as luxury. I literally had to sleep in my closet last night due to the constant noise. I have major depressive disorder and anxiety, genuine mental conditions that have been further compromised by living here.

Nothing is luxurious about being continually disturbed in your own home. Additionally, parking here is scarce unless you want to drop $60/month for a private space or garage, permits are seldom regulated, much less is towing enforced. Trash removal is another $25/month, but only applies Sun-Thurs and our unit is regularly skipped over on trash day. You can either pay monthly for a washer and dryer or pay to wash your own clothes in the laundry room in the office. From the tour to moving in, it has been such an easy and inviting experience! The ladies in the office always go above and beyond, as well as the maintenance staff! I am so happy to call Commonwealth home!
