The apartments in this community are in dire need of a thorough power washing. The stairs and breezeways have accumulated significant grime, and the wood surfaces look incredibly dirty. It would be a simple yet effective solution to hire a cleaning service to enhance the appearance of our living environment. Residents consistently pay their rent; it’s only fair that we see some effort put into maintaining the property.

I've taken the time to walk through the entire community, and it's evident... that every building requires attention. It's disheartening that management seems indifferent to these issues while we continue to deal with overflowing trash. What are we actually paying for if the upkeep of our neighborhood and buildings isn’t being prioritized? This situation is simply unacceptable and warrants immediate action.

terrible management and interaction at the leasing office ! rude disrespectful and would never rent here !

I live here now, management is terrible, i just found a roach in my apartment. You can never call management , they pay no incentives , you pay more in waist than you pay in water. That place is awful. They will over charge you , and sometimes they loose your payment. I am leaving ASAP.

They constantly lose payments, lost our notice to not renew our lease. Maintenance requests go unanswered, as well as the phone and emails. Overpriced apartments with old features. They all of a sudden become great when you get a hold of their managers or call the Better Business Bureau.

Keep track of all of your payments. They have lost multiple payments of mine. Office phone is never answered, calls never returned, bug issues, extra charges on account. I am so glad my lease is ending this spring. Huge nightmare of an office. Maintenance men seem to be the only people who work around here.
