Building looks nice from the outside but inside not so much. Carpets in halls are badly stained & different smells on every level.

Nice apartment units but building maintenance needs more attention. I have heard it’s under a new maintenance contract so I’m hoping things work out for us all. The staff are very professional and nice, property management team and the new maintenance staff. Appreciate all they’ve been doing to assist the residents.

The building stinks & is dirty… the buildings front door lock goes in and out. It doesn’t always work. Trash doesn’t always get picked up when it’s supposed too. Maintenance will enter your home & try to enter bedroom when there is no answer (was sleeping).

The move in at Stone Pointe was quick and easy. The office team was so helpful during the process and the apartment is amazing. Love it here and plan to stay awhile. :)
