The building stinks & is dirty… the buildings front door lock goes in and out. It doesn’t always work. Trash doesn’t always get picked up when it’s supposed too. Maintenance will enter your home & try to enter bedroom when there is no answer (was sleeping).

I have been here for only a week, and I love it! it is very quiet, and everyone seems to be very friendly. Would recommend any one to come join the community. No issues so far.

Stone Pointe is a great community minus the surrounding area with the loud cars, etc. Living at Stone Pointe, itself, is a wonderful experience. I’ve been here for over 4 years and the only real problem I have is why the pool has no chaise lounges is they advertise it as a “resort style” pool. The maintenance responds quickly and the leasing office tried to handle each issue expeditiously in most cases. The loud cars in and around Woodbridge has no reflection on the professionalism of the Stone... Pointe community but it is an issue if you want to live some where quiet.

Oh yeah, it’s a great place to live. But as with any living space, there’s always room for improvement. Btw thank you for repainting our lobby downstairs. It’ll look even crispier if the outside could get a touch up. More residents are attracted to freshly painted buildings. It indicates regular maintenance schedules. That’s how I fell in love with stone pointe when I first saw it. I still love it! I can get to any store in less than 20 minutes. Quick access to I-95. Great floor plans and... balconiesetc.
