I am a new resident here at The Victor, so far I have loved it. The rental rate is very reasonable, the location is unbeatable, and I have had no issues while living here so far. Maintenance is very fast if you have any issues, neighbors are respectful, and it stays relatively quiet through the day and night outside. No complaints!
