1) Big size apartments, large community, no sufficient waste disposals near all buildings has to be taken by each tenant to a centralized disposal. Poor illumination of the apartments.

2) Company has several fees and higher than expected early termination fees. They will charge extra fee in a mandatory official notice 2-3 months in advance (which is enough time to find another tenant), yet you will pay the value of extra two month from the apartment. You will pay for pest fees as well even… though you are paying for rent already.

3) Maintenance very efficient. Workers are very respectful from your property and very helpful.

4) Neighbors overall with high consumption of marihuana and smoking cigarettes (consider if you have kids), because of the waste disposal problem many tenants hold their personal garbage IN FRONT OF EACH APPARTMENT DOOR. This can accumulate as the week goes on.

5) Rugs in all apartments makes it very dirty considering woods around, requiring constant cleaning, specially with indoor pets.

6) Dogs waste all over the property although the company does puts an effort to easily provide garbage bags around the property. Again this talks about quality of neighbors

7) Structural parts of the building are not all safe, which is why you will need to pay insurance as a requirement for rent. Please if decide to lease with kids check the balcony as rails are not stable, made out of plastic and with high exposure to the sun becomes unsteady.

I would recommend this facility for short term lease ONLY (somewhere 3-6 months) and as a bridge to go somewhere with better conditions.

Been here a several months and the poor quality shows.
With regular use x4 Doors have had hinges broken and/or door knobs fall off.

First day on move in we noticed lots of things were broken and hastily put together and cheaply fixed. The patio screen door is broken and bent, 2 windows have a bent/broken screen and another window doesn't have a screen. There are also random holes in the walls, the doors and windows let in cold air, etc.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations… next door. If you have someone living above you good luck as well. Read More

Our moving experience has been great. Any issues we experienced were a reflection of previous tenants NOT the office or maintenance staff. Office staff is absolutely wonderful! We worked directly with Tahlia, we highly recommend her! She’s so kind and attentive. Maintenance responds very quickly, they are kind and friendly. Good luck if you decide to live here. I lived here in a 3 bedroom “upgraded model” (not worth it FYI) for 6 years and watched this place go down hill fast!! Apparently our neighbors were infested with ROACHES and we had to relocate our pets while they fumigated over a 3 week period. The police are ALWAYS out there for either car break-ins or drugs, and a resident was robbed at gun point walking back from Foodlion. Management doesn’t enforce any kind of pet policies so there is dog poop… everywhere and the grounds are infested with fleas. We had our pets treated with 3 different flea medications and still couldn’t get rid of them until we moved. Ridiculous fees and fines for not keeping them “updated” on your renters insurance even if it never ran out. And the final icing on the cake...after we paid our final rent and move out charges they “made a mistake” and sent us to collections for non-payment! After 6 years of NEVER being late or failing to pay one of your stupid fines you “accidentally” send me to collections so that I have to waste more of my time getting them to send a letter saying it was in error!
