The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, plates, bowls, utensils for two, and a wine opener. The full bathroom has a standing shower, hand soap, body wash, and clean towels. Enjoy access to the communal covered three-season porch, large backyard with a fire pit, and views of the Ottauquechee River across the street.

Quiet hours begin at 9 pm, no exceptions. This home has 5 units and is located between our lovely neighbors, so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the covered porch or in the yard after 9 pm, please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out. You have to be at least 25 years old to book. During the winter season, parking restrictions may apply to ensure snow removal and safety.
The dining table seats two people and can also be used for laptop use, reading, journaling, etc.
