The Park at Auburn

This is the worst apartment I have rented. Lived there 10 months, had my vehicles damaged, apartment has serious MOLD issues, noisy, police activity, for a while a couple of the renters were slap boxing on the daily, homeless people cut through the property and ask for ciggeretts and money. When my 9 month lease was up my month to month rent was $300 higher, I disagree with with being charged to repaint the apartment but paid it because I do not trust the management with my credit information.... If I was to do it again I would have paid the extra money to move to a safer apartment.

Management is friendly and very organized .


The laundry isn't 24 hours which makes it hard for people who work late hours .

The community is well kept .

Maitanence lives on site but is not very quick to get you .

The rent is a little high for the area though .
