Champagne at Bellevue

I’ve been a longtime resident at Champagne Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a small, well-maintained, and quiet community with a fantastic staff. They are always responsive and handle repairs or concerns promptly. Simone, in particular, is simply a great person—professional, kind, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live, Champagne Apartments is a great choice.

Not recommended

Management is very strict and always on you for something. There’s no hope of getting your deposit back. Also was charged extra $1500 at the end of the lease for a clean apartment.

We’d like to address some of your comments. Management does work to ensure everyone follows the rules in their lease and our residents enjoy the quiet and respectful atmosphere it creates. 100% of resident deposit are returned when… apartments are left in the condition they were received. We have not and never will charge one penny more than it takes to repair and clean apartments after our resident move out. Our records show that you were not charged the amount you’ve state nor did you pay that amount.

1050 sq ft 1550 rent

1970's built, comfortable for 2 people/small family. 2bd 1.5 bath apartment getting a new backyard makeover..will have to wait and see how well it serves the rainy days in Seattle. But excited!! If won we will move out for a better place though.
