Elevator not working for a WEEK!

Its a 5 floor building. Elevator is not working for last one week! Imagine going up and down the stairs with grocery, kids, don't ask about sick and old people! They are not bothered to give an ETA too. Just an email "we do not know the ETA, part needs to be ordered, and ETA will be based on when part will be received" . Then next email after 4 days "We have ordered the part, repairs will start as soon as part is received" ...where are you ordering the part from? North pole? Does it come with… tracking? Why no ETA? Cut the rent for this month.

Hits the basics, and that's about it

City Square Apartments (or whatever they choose to call it this week... 3rd owners in 2 years) is perfectly positioned in downtown Bellevue, a block from the transit center, Bellevue library, and the freeway. The apartments are small, they hit the basics like a champ - toilet, check, stove, check, washer / dryer (nice...) check. But that's about it. Want A/C? Good luck. The place is a sauna on any day over 80 degrees. Want a gym? They have one, but it doubles as a kids playground... SUPER… awkward. How about parking? Yep, it's there, but you pretty much fight with your neighbors for spots. Good thing is it's pretty quiet, unless the fire alarm goes off - once every other month or so. Aside from that, at least there's an Indian restaurant on the first floor. Great food! Except the smell from their trash will melt paint off your car.
