Colonial Square

I am happy to choose Colonial Square apartment as my next destination. I loved the ambience of this community it’s central location. Madison Barr, the community manager here is very professional and does her job very well. She is very helpful and transparent while providing information. With her ability to earn trust, I am sure there will be a great increase in demand for the apartments here. I am hoping to have a good time living in this community.

Inside the courtyard it has the most beautiful landscaping! The office and maintenance are very friendly and helpful!

The manager Madison is friendly and is quick to respond when anything is needed. Maintenance (Victor) keeps the courtyards and grounds beautiful and solves any matinence needs quickly and in a friendly manner

Colonial Square apartments is in a great location. It's near restaurants, shops, bus lines, parks, library, post office, movie theater. It also has great parking, a decent sized indoor pool, and nice landscaping. A 1-bedroom is smaller than 500 square feet,the only way to get to the tiny bathroom is through the bedroom. There are a lot of screaming children running around in the summer, and if your apartment window is next to one of the tennis courts, you will also hear a lot of noises related… to that. The walls are extremely thin. Most of the downsides are not that big of a deal, except that colonial square charges you for every little thing and they over charge you for it if they can, or they wait a year and try to jack up your rates that way. They are currently trying to force all their tennants into paying 1400 for their under 500 square foot one-bedroom apartments. And this is on top of already having to pay separately for any other utility like water, power, renters insurance, garbage, and sewage. Plus, the water bill is averaged for everybody since this used to be a motel. That means you'll be splitting the bill evenly, even though some apartments have six people in them.
