I would really think twice about renting here! Was unaware we rented from a wedding venue facility. Completely unacceptable! Music was loud enough to shake the windows until 10:15 pm. (8 Hours) Could not be more unhappy we signed a longer lease. Be aware of the lack of respect Woodin Creek has for their residents. The facility manager was right in the middle of the party. When we talked to the office at 5 this past Saturday they said they would get the music turned down, went down again before... they closed at 6:00 and was told it was a corporate event and nothing they could do. Way too much money for the environment. had to leave the apartment, and could still hear the music 3 blocks away.
