    If I could give zero stars, I would. This property manager is completely incompetent and has failed the residents of this building time and time again.

    Over the last two years, multiple residents in our 30-unit building have repeatedly voiced concerns about noise complaints, maintenance issues, and parking problems, yet nothing has been done. The property manager ignores complaints, dismisses serious concerns, and refuses to take action to improve the living conditions for tenants.

    To make    … matters worse, they hired PAL American Security, a so-called security team that is completely useless. This company has been caught lying in their reports, failing to show up for noise complaints, and not even being able to access the building to handle the issues they were hired for. Instead of providing security and peace of mind, they’ve made things worse.

    Many residents have requested contact information for higher management to escalate these ongoing issues, yet the property manager has refused to provide it, effectively cutting off any chance for residents to seek real solutions. Instead of addressing problems, they continue to ignore complaints and avoid accountability.

    Whether it’s parking problems, maintenance requests, or noise disturbances, this property manager has completely failed to do their job. If you are considering living in a building managed by them—run the other way. This is one of the worst property management experiences I’ve ever had.

    Issues related to noise, parking, maintenance, and safety should always be handled promptly and professionally, and we understand how discouraging it can be when you feel unheard. While we can’t address specific situations or third-party vendor details in a public forum, we do want to make it clear that resident concerns are important to ownership and should never be dismissed or ignored.

    We would appreciate the opportunity to review these concerns directly and ensure they are properly escalated and addressed. We encourage you to contact the ownership team through the main office or written correspondence so this can be looked into thoroughly and objectively.
