Do not waste your time

The leasing office staff here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve called multiple times and they straight up ignore my calls, even when it’s clear they’re not busy. It feels intentional, not accidental.
Don’t be fooled by all the glowing reviews — they don’t reflect the real experience at all. Something about them feels off, because my experience has been the complete opposite.
Save yourself the time and frustration. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. You’ll regret it.

I just moved in about a month ago. So far the staff and maintenance crew have been really nice and responsive. The amenities are good and I love how well the community is kept up. It’s clean and well taken care of.

Very nice place to live. Love the space, the quiet neighborhood, the quick response/service by the staff. Very excited to live here. I hope the staircases can get cleaned from the cotton and spiderwebs soon. The view from my place is outstanding. So glad I found The Regent.

Very safe place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance tries to help by fixing appliances, but sometimes your old appliances just need to be replaced. The property is clean and well manicured. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors are quite friendly.
