I recently moved into The Bond and my experience so far has been very positive. The building is modern, clean, and well maintained, and the apartments are thoughtfully designed with good natural light and quality finishes.
The management and leasing team have been very kind, professional, and responsive, which made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are always clean and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone... looking for a nice, well-managed apartment community.

Living here is a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, offering a seamless connection to major roads and local shops. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace of mind. Vanessa, Kewan and Reyna are the best leasing agents I have talked to in United States. Being new to United States, I was looking for an apartment in family friendly neighbour hood and toured many apartments. The Bond was the best experience i had and the decision was clear then. Best part is the ease of leasing process and their transparency on pricing (did not upsell anything). The unit i stay in has great natural light and the location itself is a unique selling point. The Bond would be my go... to recommendation to any of my friends who are looking for a peaceful yet vibrant family friendly community.

I have rented around 20 apartments in my life, and I have always been very selective about where I choose to live. The two things that matter most to me are the location and the quality of the management team.
The Bond in Redmond exceeded every expectation I had. Reyna, Vanessa, and Greg consistently demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for the residents. They responded quickly to questions, followed up on every detail, and created an atmosphere that made me feel... welcome from the day I arrived. Their teamwork and reliability made the entire experience smooth and stress free.
The maintenance team also deserves special recognition. Every request was completed quickly and with excellent attention to detail. They were friendly, respectful, and clearly dedicated to keeping the property in great condition. Their consistency and pride in their work made a noticeable difference.
The only reason I am not continuing my lease is because I am moving to a different city. Otherwise, I would have gladly stayed longer. The Bond in Redmond became one of the best living experiences I have ever had, and I am grateful for everything the staff did during my time there.
