I’ve lived at The Bond Redmond for six months, and the experience has been excellent. Reyna and her management team are truly outstanding, and every staff member is friendly and helpful.

The community events are one of my favorite parts—each month the team puts real effort into organizing activities such as the Mother’s Day flower-arranging workshop ??, Halloween pumpkin decorating ??, outdoor movie parties for the kids ??, and an upcoming Thanksgiving cocktail social ????. These events make... the community feel warm and connected.

A unique feature that sets this apartment apart is the daily trash pickup service. It’s incredibly convenient, and even the trash rooms are always clean and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are also handled very quickly.
The location is great. It’s also very pet-friendly, right next to Marymoor Park, and the small dog-friendly community downstairs makes pet families feel especially welcome.

This is one of the best and safest communities in the area. Location and staff support are second to none. I would strongly recommend. The only improvement area that I constantly have a suggestion is, the top floors get too hot and too cold during summers and winters respectively. The heat is much more unbearable.

Amazing place to be in the Redmond neighborhood! It is very close to Marymoor park and has lot of places around to walk. The community is well maintained and any issue gets sorted quickly. The management is quick and responsive
