Peloton Apartments

I have been renting here for about 9 months now. The community is pretty quiet. Residents I've met are friendly. The neighborhood is great! I love that it's just a few minutes to Downtown Redmond and the light rail. Not to mention the library and community center. Also, easy access to I-520. You can't beat the fact that we are next to the Sammamish river and the walking and biking trail. And for doggie parents the dog park is is accessible from the property.

I have been living here since May. It's quiet where my building is. I haven't heard any excessive noise. Neighbors I've met are very nice. Maintenance is responsive. Staff is nice and responsive. Community is clean. One thing I might fuss about is the amount of free parking. Most of the parking in front of my building is paid cover parking. But it's not so big of an issue, I am able to park near my apartment.

Love this community. The location is perfect- next to a stunning trail and close to great restaurants and shops. The maintenance and leasing staff here are incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to ensure any issues are promptly addressed. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to call home.

It's good. I am enjoying the community, the river trail, and the amenities. The staff is enthusiastic and very professional. It's a good decision to move here.

Very Good Staff and Very Good Community.
Loved the people around here. The Leasing Agents are very helpful and they provide immediate help when needed. I was relocating from east coast and they provided all the help here for lease sign
