This is the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. I have lost my peace of mind, my work and sleep are getting effected and there’s nothing being done by the apartment community regarding it. The main problem, along with many other issues, is the worst construction and VERY VERY thin walls. I can constantly hear the conversations, TV and everything that’s going on in the next door apartments. The bedrooms share a wall and its a very very thin one. I have attached the recordings of my neighbor… talking ( which she does almost from 7 am till 11 pm ) and you can figure it out by yourself how horrendous it is to keep hearing her and still continue with my life. Apart from the noise, thin walls and poor construction, there won’t be any hot water after 8 pm ( Yes, in this day and age !!). The reason they give is that it is shared by everyone else and the hot water must have been exhausted. So if you’re lucky, you get hot water or else not. That is the state of this apartment. Other than these concerns, the shower light was gone in a week of our move in, there were cobwebs in the house which haven’t been cleaned and irresponsible people walking around the corridor after 12 am screaming. Anyone should be a fool to move in here after reading this and hearing the recordings of how clear my next doors neighbor talking is. All these horrors at a rent that is way too much for its quality and standard of living that it provides.
