The management here is never available and when you submit maintenance request, they take forever to respond, or they leave the work half done, or they don't respond at all. There was a change of management recently and the new manager seems to not give one bit of importance to the residents. They have been prioritizing dumb projects lioke painting the lines of the crappy parking lot instead of cleaning the gutters which are in really bad condition.

Oh, the lands keepers came like 3 times this... summer. The grass was so bad and couple of pine trees died dried up. Save yourself from this nightmare. I'd give it 0 Stars but it's not possible. Read More
